House rules
A few simple rules so every guest feels at home.
Quiet & nighttime rest
Between 22:00 and 7:00 we ask for extra quiet in the rooms and common areas.
Smoking
The entire B&B is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated areas.
Pets
Pets are welcome by arrangement — please let us know in advance when booking.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:30. Earlier or later is possible by arrangement.
Common areas
The lounge and the honesty fridge are available to all guests — please leave them tidy for the next guest.
Fire safety
Batteries of electric bikes and scooters are charged in the bike storage area. Charging them in the room, hallways, or any other area of the building is prohibited.
The use of personal cooking appliances, candles, or other flammable items is prohibited.
Please keep the emergency exits clear and follow the instructions in case of fire or other emergency.
Damage
Any damage to the room or contents will be charged to the responsible party.
Visitors
Visits in the rooms are only allowed after consultation with the host or hostess.
